FAQ

✨NO-SHOW POLICY✨PLEASE READ✨: • No-show fees are 100% of the scheduled service price. • An invoice will be sent by the end of the day on the date of the missed appointment. • The paid no-show invoice does NOT go toward or cover your next scheduled appointment. Your next appointment is a separate service and will need to be paid for in full. • If the invoice is not paid before your next appointment, your next appointment will not be serviced and future appointments may be canceled. • If you contact Unity Hair Shop regarding the missed appointment and there was a valid reason or misunderstanding, the invoice may be removed at our discretion. We completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. However, repeatedly holding appointment times and not showing up is not something we can continue to absorb as a small business. Please respect our time, and we will always respect yours. 💚 Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business!
